Your Post-Holidays Health Blueprint

I’ll keep this short… 

I know we often deal with food guilt, exhaustion, and stress after the holidays…

But know that our health journey does not end just because we fell off the wagon.

It’s all a part of the process… it’s SO IMPORTANT to not feel down because of it.

Especially now — we only have a few days before the new year arrives, so let’s get EXCITED!!! 

In that spirit , I have your mini health plan here. 

And right when you finish reading it, I want you to comment saying you’re gonna do it. 😀

These small, easy steps will…

Reduce bloating…

Kick inflammation…

And snap you into shape

So you dive into 2024 absolutely LOVING the way you feel:

Step 1: FORGIVE. We all go a little overboard sometimes. Forgive yourself if you did, because damage is NOT permanent as long as you take action right now to prevent it from throwing a wrench in your goals.

Step 2: Drink 2 cups of water, and 2 more in an hour. Healthy people need two to three cups of water per hour (AT LEAST), so get your sips in. Some people also like to squeeze a bit of lemon into their morning water to kick inflammation.

Step 3: Get your steps before sunset. Yes, some of us might be in a mood where it’s difficult to want to sweat or let alone move at all… which is all the more reason we SHOULD. We’re looking to snap out of the holiday funk, so forcing ourselves to exercise is giving our bodies the splash of cold water it needs. You will NEVER regret doing this, trust me!!!   

Step 4: Prep your next three meals, and EAT THEM! You know what’s going to make up for over-indulging? Contrary to what most people think, its NOT starving ourselves! The answer is simple — give our bodies HEALING, NOURISHING foods, so we can be healthy and feel better in the long term.

And if you’re somebody who stayed on track the entire time and aren’t feeling the post-holiday blues… guess what?

YES, THIS PLAN IS STILL FOR YOU! 

I know I originally called it your post-holidays health blueprint…

But this is actually a mini-health plan for everybody. 

Because these are things we do on a daily basis as a part of taking care of ourselves…

And it should be as normal and expected as brushing our teeth. 

there’s no better time than RIGHT NOW to ramp up these good habits to ensure you’re rock solid on January 1st, 2024.

And regardless of what you did or didn’t do recently, just know one thing — 

I’m here to support you, and that’s why I’m writing this post.
