No matter your age or current fitness level, it’s never too late to make major positive changes to your health and life.

There are a number of women who come into Best of You, and they don’t think they can do the workouts.

They may not be used to weight lifting, or they may have previous injuries that require adaptations.

When Tarja first came to the Best of You program, she was trying to lose weight and was struggling to find an exercise routine that worked with her back injury.

Though Tarja loved cooking and enjoyed food, she realized she wanted to learn more about nutrition and science-based weight loss.

The educational component of the Best of You program appealed to Tarja, as did the ability to adapt the workouts to her specific needs and limitations.

She steadily lost 26 pounds over 6 months through consistent effort, routine, and tiny daily changes.

Take a look at her amazing transformation!

Though Tarja couldn’t do heavy lifting or high-impact workouts, she found success by focusing on walking, biking, and low-impact strength training.

Regular body scans kept Tarja motivated by allowing her to quantify her progress.

She was thrilled to see the numbers reverse back to what they were when she was younger.

Now in the maintenance phase, Tarja continues to monitor her muscle and fat levels.

She feels more energized, less stressed, and is busy enjoying life as an active grandmother to two grandsons.

Tarja’s story shows that with determination and by finding exercises that work for your own body, lasting transformation is possible at any age or fitness level.

And her advice on exercise and moving your body?

“Find something that you can do. Because I believe we all can do something.”

Such great advice wherever you find yourself in your transformation.

Tarja says the Best of You program gave her the knowledge she needed to succeed with her goals.

And we are so proud of everything she has achieved!

So regardless of where you are in your transformation…

If you need a little extra guidance and encouragement…

Let’s have a conversation and see if Best of You could help you reach your transformation goal faster.
