You never want to wait until you’re hungry to start thinking about what you’re going to eat.
Once the hanger’s out, logic goes out the window (it is infinitely times more difficult to resist Starbucks calling your name, trust me).
Believe me when I say not preparing is the #1 pitfall most women make.
That’s why I always make sure to keep certain items handy in my car. It doesn’t matter what time of day or what I’m doing…
I could be carting kids from school to practice, visiting family over the holidays, or spending a day running errands…
This is my foolproof method to stay on track when I’m not cooped up at home.
Instead of doing another interview for my regular Instagram Live, I’ll uncensor my life and “bare it all” :)
This Friday at 11am EST, I’ll show you stuff I always stow in my car. And it all wont be food (some of the things might make you say ‘what the heck’, but when you learn why they’re there, it’ll make sense).
