There is too much disease in our modern world.
Autoimmune disorders.
Cancer.
Heart disease.
The rates of these diseases are at epidemic levels…
But there are groups of people throughout the world living longer, healthier lives.
These areas of the world are referred to as “blue zones”…
And I want to go over one of them with you today.
These people reside on the borders of North Russia and Georgia…
Known as Abkahsians.
They have no record of osteoporosis…
And have a record of the most people who are 100 years or older.
As they age, sickness and disease is not common.
Why?
Because of the foods they eat.
This group of people eats mostly vegetables…
Seasonal fruit…
Nuts…
And very little meat.
They have a strong sense of community…
Savor each other’s company…
As well as the foods they eat.
How different from how we in North America eat.
Processed foods.
Heavy gluten and dairy foods…
Lots of meat…
And rarely a vegetable or fruit in sight.
Contrast with the Abkahsians who have virtually no disease…
And most pass away living a long, healthy life.
Not so with most people in North America.
Even if you live a long life…
You’re consumed with prescription medications and frailty.
Moving very little throughout the day…
And struggling to see…
Hear…
Remember.
The stark difference being the types of foods both groups of people consume.
And that’s why nutrition is such a huge component of Best of You.
Because if you change the types of foods you consume…
You won’t believe how great you feel.
How much more you’re able to accomplish during the day.
The mental clarity and focus you have.
And continuing this way for the long term…
Means you reap these benefits for YEARS.

Everything else (like movement, water intake, etc.) just naturally falls into place.
