Today, I want to share a story of one of our Best of You members.

Her transformation over the past 13 weeks has been nothing short of inspiring.

Yes, she shed a commendable 20 pounds, but that’s not the only victory we’re celebrating today.

You see, this member’s journey embodies everything Best of You stands for:

“I have incorporated three workouts weekly, daily walking, especially my new addition of morning walks, and a different view on nutrition and how I fuel my body.”

“I was scared to do the program and very scared to fail,” she admits.
