There are zillion reasons why you shouldn’t have

There are zillion reasons why you shouldn’t have artificial sweeteners in you everyday diet, but one of the main reasons is how if affects your gut health and microbiome. Research shows that artificial sweeteners may affect the composition and function of the gut microbiome, the complex ecosystem of microorganisms in our digestive system.
An imbalance in the microbiome has been associated with various health issues, including metabolic disorders and inflammation.  The term “natural flavors” is often used as a catch-all phrase and often a lack of transparency that can encompass a wide range of ingredients. Manufacturers are not required to disclose the specific components or sources of these flavors, making it difficult for consumers to know exactly what they are consuming.

Protein Bars are high in added sugars: Many commercially available protein bars can be high in added sugars, which can contribute to excessive calorie intake, blood sugar fluctuations, and potential negative effects on overall health and weight management. My team and I take into consideration a few things when looking for BOY members and determining whether they will be successful during our time working together.

First and foremost, our ideal BOY member will be ready for the challenge ahead of them!🥗 Joining this program will require a certain type of dedication and commitment that not everyone is ready for, such as getting in enough steps for the day, prepping your meals, working out, etc.

We can provide you with all of the tips and resources you need to reach your goals, but if you’re not in a place in your life that’s ready to make this kind of commitment, then it will be for nothing.

The sauce you never knew you needed🔥 This homemade cashew cream is the perfect non-dairy substitute for sour cream, and only takes minutes to whip up!

What you’ll need👇:
- 16 ounces of cashews, soaked in warm water for 2 hours then strained
- 1 meyer lemon
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 cup of water
