Late Night Snacks Sabotaging Your Goals?

Have you ever found yourself reaching for a cookie, a bag of chips, or a pint of ice cream late at night?

It’s not your fault.

We’ve all been there.

Late-night munchies can easily creep up on you.

And they can undo all the great food choices and workouts you’ve been doing.

So, what can you do about it?

Well, I have a quick tip that can help.

It’s a little unconventional but bear with me .

Ever heard of brushing your teeth right after dinner?

I know it sounds weird.

But trust me, it can do wonders.

Once you brush your teeth, your brain registers that eating time is over.

Plus, let’s be honest, most foods taste not so great right after brushing.

And it’s such a hassle to brush your teeth again if you give into the cravings, right?

So why not give it a try?

If you do this faithfully, I bet you’ll see a significant reduction in your late-night cravings.

Now, it’s not the magical solution to weight loss.

But it’s a small step that can make a big difference over time.

Because as we all know, those small snacks can add up.

So, I challenge you.

Try brushing your teeth right after dinner for a week.

See if it makes a difference.

And remember, every little bit helps.

It’s the accumulation of small steps that lead to big changes.

Stay healthy and strong!

And remember, you’ve got this!

P.S. Another tip I give my newbies in Best of You is to go to bed early. This also helps reduce the opportunity for late night snacking! :)
