Balanced Hormones. This topic is very near and dear to my heart. I’ve received numerous emails from women wanting to balance their hormones, and tired of the unpleasant symptoms that plague their life.Because of this, over the next few posts, I’m going to be speaking about hormones and simple solutions you can take to help balance them.

But first, a little background on hormones.

Most women think hormones become a problem in their 30s or 40s. Maybe you do too.

Surprisingly though, hormones are pretty vital to overall health, not just during peri-menopause or menopause.

You may have been dealing with hormone issues since puberty, AND NOT EVEN KNOW IT!

Perhaps you suffer from symptoms that have become a part of your daily life. You can’t remember a time you didn’t have them.

Stubborn weight gain.

Fatigue.

Anxiety.

Digestive problems.

Puffy face.

Dry skin.

Menstrual cycle irregularities.

PCOS.

And then there are the symptoms most people associate with peri-menopause or menopause.

Hot flashes.

Chills.

Night sweats.

Sleep problems.

Mood changes.

Vaginal dryness.

Bottom line: imbalanced hormones can wreak havoc on your way of life. Thankfully, you don’t have to live with imbalanced hormones anymore.
