Why? Whole wheat bread on the glycemic index is at 100. A chocolate bar, around 55 GI.
How you ask?
It’s the how high your blood sugar will raise after eating it.
And what goes up must come down and after that whole wheat bread you will come crashing down and crave even more sugars.
Another reason to eliminate gluten from your diet is the havoc and inflammation it causes on your digestive system.
2. Corn Based Foods

High Fructose Corn syrup is getting allot of attention these days because we are discovering the hidden truths about this poisonous product.
HFCS cause 10x more the formation of AGEs in your body than glucose!!! It is the belief that this product is causing the increase in diabetes in children, cancer,
Alzheimer’s, depression, anxiety, heart disease…need I list more.
Not only that it is a man-made product that contains mercury a cause in all cancers.
They actually don’t even know some of the chemicals that are in it. The big food companies put it in everything your cereals, soups, cookies, cracker, sauces, all frozen goods, and drinks all kinds!!!
It is highly addictive, cheap, and toxic. Avoid all packaged goods at all costs.
3. Sugar, Sugary Foods, Certain Starches
Once again we talk about the blood sugar spikes and how it can accelerate the glycation process. Sugar is the obvious one but our rates of type 2 diabetes among adults and children are increasing.
Even using real sugar contributes to the glycation process. Cakes, pastries, desserts, and candies all contribute to you aging faster.
