Start weight Nov 2019 ….168 lbs Current weight 140 lbs. As I scrolled to look at some gyms that offered personal training I came across Sues Page.
I knew I wanted to look like those women who I saw in her photos . Immediately after our first conversation I knew that I wanted to work with Sue . I had lots of fears & doubts as I’ve been around gyms and personal trainers for over 8 years . I was 50 and thought how the heck I’m I gonna look like those ladies.
Impossible was my first thought .No way !!! My biggest fear and most valid is how I’m I ever gonna maintain the weight after I lost it, which always seemed impossible!!!! With her being right by my side ,I lost all the weight I wanted to ,and another 10 pounds .
Wow her program has totally transformed my being from body , mind and spirit . As I worked with Sue and her program I was overjoyed at the knowledge and skill Sue has with her exercise and nutrition.
Her no nonsense approach and tough love is all I needed to be accountable to myself . The biggest game changer for me was the learning of the meal prep which I had never done and soon came to love and knew that with that I could do it !! And stay committed . Also the sense of community that she

Final BOY check in…. Start weight: 199.2 Current weight: 158.0 Total weight loss: 41.2 lbs Before Best Of You (BOY) I was doing ok (or I thought I was) but in the course of a year I slowly gained 30lbs, it just creeped up, to the point where I could longer fit into clothes.
I’ve always been curvy, I ate relatively healthy(I tried), I worked out, but those were becoming less and less- I had no motivation to go to the gym at 30lbs heavier- it was just hard to do.
In 3 months with Sue- I had more success than all those years I spent on a trainer and gym memberships.
My body has never looked this good! I’m learned so much about food, what to eat, how to eat, what is best for my body. BOY is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change- small change to what we all do everyday- which is eat food- those small changes made a big impact. You’ll never go back to your old ways! My boyfriend tells me I’m beautiful all the time- I didn’t see it- I just felt gross!
They say that once you start earning a pay chèque you should always pay yourself first. So I did- I decided to invest in myself, I wanted a better version of Me, I owed it to myself! But first I had to take stock in my actions and be accountable to ME.
I had to own up to all the good and bad things that led me to be 30lbs heavier and strived for a healthier, energetic and happier me!! Your best investment is always in yourself-everything else will fall into place once once you choose, you!!
Starting weight: 164 Current Weight: 134 When I see myself in pictures from just a few months ago, it is hard to believe that it is me. I never considered myself over-weight. My family and friends always said that I looked great, but my heart never felt it. I was working out – but I avoided full length mirrors.
I HATED shopping. I bought bathing suits that strategically hid me.I felt tired. I felt disappointed and I felt frustrated. And then I found Sue. I was hesitant and wondered if I deserved to be investing in me, if I could handle the meal prep and the kids competitive sports schedules and work and cooking dinners.
I worried about failing. I followed newbie nutrition with every detail. I was thankful for the weekly calls where Sue took her time to answer every single question and to help us on this journey. She held me accountable: every week I submitted pictures and every week I had her feedback.
Sometimes good but sometimes just pure straight shooter advice: “Stop making excuses for yourself” – is what I read one time. And you know what….she was right. Sue’s program helped me to stop justifying my nutrition and physical activity choices that caused me to be the way I was.
She has taught me the importance of fueling your body with the right foods and the importance of setting goals, visualizing them and crushing them. Most of all she helped me to see that I deserved to prioritize me. Sue has taught me a lifestyle. Since my initial start, I am down over 30 lbs – and am healthier now at 41 than I have ever been in my life.
I could not have ever imagined being where I am today without Best of You and Sue. I cannot wait to see what the future will bring!
Hi Sue. Looking forward to our zoom today. My fears before the program: Is this program for me or for other woman? I watched you transform women for a while and never thought it was for me. I was afraid I couldn’t do it or it wasn’t doable. It was! So doable! I felt like you held my hand through it all.
My second fear was that maybe it was too expensive for me. I dived right in and accepted it for what it was because I knew I was at my end.
I finally accepted that I couldn’t do it on my own. To be honest it was the best money ever spent. The knowledge I have is priceless.
You could not put a price on knowing how to take care of your own body and knowing what to feed your body and your family. My number one take away from the program is my new relationship with food! I look at food as a nourishment for my body now.
I ask myself would this food help My body or harm it. Am I eating this for pleasure or to help my body do what it is capable of doing. I built muscle not only because I lifted weights but also because I fed it
enough protein. Enough macros to do what it needs to do successfully.
Another takeaway is MACROS!!!! I also thought that this was not for me! I thought this was only for body builders. Lol. Macros are so important and now I know why. If I want to lose 5 lbs now I know how to manipulate my macros to do it. Sue you have taught me so so much!
The zoom calls, the emails, the videos have all helped me to learn what it takes to be my best self! This is now my lifestyle!!! This program has helped me feed my family better too! Thank you!!!!!!!

I’m celiac and I thought I ate healthy already bc my diet was already so restricted.

Dina Lambropoulos Starting Weight: 182 Current Weight: 136 Before I started Best of You I felt unattractive, low self-esteem, unworthy and completely frustrated with myself.
