A Little More About Me
- I am blunt
- I do not sugar coat
- I share all my secrets
Hi, I’m Suzan Galluzzo, Personal Trainer, Group Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, and a mom, too. And I’m here to tell you that you can have it all (without losing your cool).
I know what it’s like to be that mother, wife, and caregiver who spends most of her nights awake only to have a full-time, relentless job waiting in the morning. Without her, the household doesn’t run. I get it.
But I also know that running yourself ragged and always putting others needs before your own, is not how you should be living. Don’t get me wrong, I want you to be the best mom you can be, but I also want you to be the best you you can be.
And that means getting your body to where you would like it to be. You know, that happy place where jeans go on smoothly and effortlessly, dresses fit nicely and show off your shape … and you, you just feel good in your body.
In my opinion, there’s nothing worse than going to a party, a dinner, a wedding, or even to the park and hating the way you look and feel. And you’d be surprised how much more confident and satisfied you’d feel, when you change the way you live, eat, and think.
That’s what I want to help you do!
When we work together, you get an easy-to-follow, results-oriented approach. What you don’t get are excuses. I’m there to encourage you, provide you with a vision for your future, and give you a plan to achieve it. I want you to be a mama with a sexy six-pack and toned arms and legs, who’s confident and comfortable with her bod.
So if you’re ready to start putting yourself first, then let’s get started. Give me just one hour three times a week, and I’ll have you feeling more confident, satisfied, and sexy in no time.
Visit my Work With Me page to find out how we can get started.
Just imagine … that dress or outfit you’ll be putting on when we’re done. You walk into a room, and bam, all eyes are on you, Mama.
It feels amazing, right? Let’s get to work on making you the best version of you.
My Long Bio
I was always active growing up but like every other girl suffered from insecurities.
Boys peer pressure no different than anyone else.
I signed up for aerobics and weights in grade 9. We were running every morning learning about gyms and machines it felt so empowering to know this information. I signed up again and did the credit twice because I didn’t want that routine to end.
Fast forward graduating university majoring in Accounting and going from job to job hating every one of them. I only took jobs that had gyms or within walking distance.
Convincing myself that it was worth it to go to a job that was near a gym so I could workout on my lunches.
Got married and pregnant not to long after working for around 5 years.
Maternity leave left me bored and wanting to do something more than just sit in a cubicle and crunch numbers. I entered and trained for my first Bikini show. Fell in love with the high and knew that fitness was too important to me to just do on the side. I was suffering from post partum silently but my daily fitness regime kept me afloat and feeling like I was doing something amazing for myself.
I knew allot of women having babies and most having similar symptoms …
One thing that trumped all depression within mothers was their body image. If only I could lose the weight if only I could be disciplined like you are things I would hear. But I knew that the only difference between me and them was that I was taught over the years how to do this. How to eat well and train properly. I knew that if women actually had this information and were taught properly how to get the body they desire they too could have that feeling. And not hate the bodies they were in.
I did another show and got pregnant during the show I had no idea. I was scared I had been on protein and vegetables for a long time! My amazing ob/gyn Dr Robert Hall told me that I put my baby in a great position eating so clean and that was part of the reason I was able to get pregnant so easily.
The opportunity came along to open up an Hourglass Workout franchise. I applied and was given the license. At 6 months pregnant I opened my first location.
When my second child was 3 months old I opened my second location. I asked my husband Stefano can you fail at something you love to do he said absolutely not. That was it I knew I was going to be amazing.
Was I scared hell yeah but I wasn’t reinventing the wheel I was just making it better!
2 locations later transforming over 200 women per year. The results spoke for themselves women were looking and feeling better than pre pregnancy. All because they were taught how to eat clean and train consistently. And given a chance to be amazing. I understand my members on a whole other level it’s not just trainer and member they are women I feel like I need to help make them their very best. My work is from the heart.
Now the official corporate trainer of the Reebok head office employees. I educated them on fitness and nutrition as well and they too have some record breaking transformations. A transformation program that started with 25 women is now at 150 men and women that have changed their lives.
Some days I train up to 200 people in the same day.
I’m a mother of 2 small children.
Wife to Stefano who is also self employed but we are both huge advocates for this lifestyle and that makes it easier to manage our lives because we are both on the same page when it comes to priorities it’s Family, health, fitness, work…
But I juggle my life like everyone else and so happy to be doing what I do for so many men and women.
